Understanding
Every meeting begins with a conversation about your needs, context and the scope of the work.

TijaxHealing · reconnective energy
Energy sessions for people, animals and places, held with attention, calm and respect for each individual pace.
About the symbol
It speaks of clarity, courage and cutting away what no longer serves. Through calm, attentive work I create room for relief, self-contact and a return to your own rhythm.

About me · 02
I accompany people, animals and their carers through moments of tension, change and a search for balance. I combine attentive presence with energy work, always respecting boundaries and individual pace.
Since childhood I have sensed the energy, mood and emotions of people, animals and places. Over time, I connected this natural sensitivity with Reconnective Energy practice and many years of working with people and animals.
How I work · 03

Every meeting begins with a conversation about your needs, context and the scope of the work.
Sessions may take place remotely through a photograph and intention, or in person for selected meetings.
The work is an invitation to slow down, reconnect gently with yourself and return to balance.
Offer · 04
Long-standing situations usually call for three meetings. We always agree the frequency individually.
All prices are charged in Polish złoty (PLN).

A remote meeting attentive to the rhythm of the animal and their carer.
A calm, supportive space held in dialogue with the child’s carer.
Time to pause, notice tension and reconnect with your own rhythm.
Work focused on closing what no longer serves and restoring a sense of boundaries.
An individually agreed scope of work for a home, stable or another place.
For animals, carers and teams; details are agreed before the meeting.
Animals · 05
Animals sense pace, silence and intention. Their wellbeing and boundaries, together with the carer’s calm, remain central to this work.

Every relationship begins by noticing pace, distance and readiness.

Open space, movement and company shape how an animal meets the world.

Observation leaves room for an animal to communicate without being hurried.

Between seeing and being seen, relationship begins.

Attentive presence respects when to move closer, when to pause and when to give space.

Rest gives an animal a quiet interval to settle into its own pace.

Needs may shift with age and circumstance; patient companionship continues to matter.
