How sessions work

What is a remote energy session?

A clear explanation of how a remote energy session is arranged, what it can feel like and where its boundaries lie.

The short answer

A remote energy session is a scheduled, supportive practice held without sharing the same physical space. We begin with context and consent, agree the scope, and use a photograph and intention as points of attention. It complements care; it does not diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological or veterinary help.

  • A session is agreed in advance and held without sharing a physical space
  • Consent and a clear scope come before the work
  • It complements—but never replaces—professional care

How the session begins

Before the meeting, you describe the situation in a few sentences. We clarify who the session is for, what feels important now and whether remote work is appropriate.

There is no need to prepare a perfect story. Clear consent, a current photograph when relevant and a quiet time window are enough.

What happens during the agreed time

You or the animal can remain in a familiar place. I work with calm attention within the scope agreed beforehand. Experiences vary: some people notice rest, warmth or emotion; others notice very little during the session.

  • No special equipment is required
  • You may stop or change the scope at any time
  • Afterwards, we can briefly exchange observations

A clear boundary

Energy work is a complementary wellbeing practice. It makes no promise of a particular result and must never delay appropriate professional care.

Questions around this topic

Do I need to be online during a remote energy session?

Not necessarily. We agree the time and format beforehand; you can usually remain in your own familiar space and follow the simple preparation we discuss.
